W.H. Responds To Omarosa’s Tearful ‘Big Brother’ Meltdown Like Total Amateurs

Former Trump staffer and “Apprentice” contestant Omaraosa Manigault Newman was fired from working as a political aide at the White House back in the middle of December. According to the NY Daily News:

‘Former “Apprentice” contestant turned political aide Omarosa Manigault Newman threw a tantrum in the White House and demanded she be allowed to speak with the President as chief of staff John Kelly gave her the boot, sources told the Daily News.’

One source recalled the incident and said:

‘General Kelly didn’t allow her to speak to him. That’s why she was cursing and threatening.’

On Wednesday, Omarosa appeared on the CBS show “Celebrity Big Brother” where she “pumped up her role with Team Trump before she was axed by chief of staff John Kelly.” When asked about taking a job with the Trump Administration, she said:

‘I felt like it was a call to duty.’

She continued, saying:

‘I felt like I was serving my country, not serving him. It was always about the country. Like, I was haunted by tweets every single day. Like what is he going to tweet next?’

On the show, Manigault said she was “haunted” by Mr. Trump’s tweetstorms “every single day and that the country is “going to not be ok.”

White House deputy spokesman Raj Shah said:

‘Omarosa was fired three times on ‘The Apprentice,’ and this is the fourth time we let her go. She had limited contact with the president while here. She has no contact now.’

According to The New York Post:

‘Shah said during the daily press briefing that the White House did not take the remarks seriously.

‘Manigault was actually fired twice from Trump’s NBC show.’
